5Crispy on the outside, super moist and tasty on the inside. These rice paper dumplings make a delicious snack or side dish. Pair with a delicious kimchi and mayonnaise dipping sauce. For a spicier dish, try our hot & spicy kimchi!

For the rice paper dumplings:
Sun Hee Volcano Ramen
1 Packrice paper sheets
10spring onions, finely chopped
3emmental slices, chopped into squares
3-5Sun Hee Kimchi
5 TablespoonsSun Hee Toasted White Sesame Seeds
5 TeaspoonsFor the dipping sauce:
kewpie mayo
2 TablespoonsSun Hee Kimchi
2 TablespoonsCook the noodles according to packet instructions and set aside.
Prepare all of your filling ingredients.
Dunk a rice paper wrapper in water for a few seconds then lay it down on a clean surface.
In the centre, place down a pinch of spring onions, 2 emmental squares, a chopstick of noodles, a tablespoon of kimchi, and some sesame seeds.
Your rice paper should be sticky, if not, leave it for a few more seconds. Once sticky, wrap up into a parcel, then wrap in another rice paper sheet.
Repeat for all 5 dumplings.
Place a nonstick pan on medium heat and drizzle in some oil.
Add in your dumplings and cook on each side for 4 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, make your dipping sauce.
Once your dumplings are cooked, serve and enjoy!
