Korean Style Beef Burger

INGREDIENTS

Beef mince 200g

Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Crushed black pepper to taste

Sun Hee Korean BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp

Chopped onion ½

Burger buns 2 no

Cheddar cheese 2 slices

Onion slices

Tomato slices

Salad leaves

METHOD

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef mince, ginger and garlic paste, salt, crushed black pepper, Sun Hee Korean BBQ Sauce and chopped onion. Mix well.
  2. Form two burger patties with the mixture and refrigerate.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. Prepare the tomato and onion slices.
  5. Glaze the patties with the BBQ sauce and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Prepare your burger by lightly toasting the burger buns. Inside the toasted buns, lay the patty, one slice of cheese, salad leaves, and sliced onions and tomatoes.
  7. Drizzle a generous amount of Sun Hee Korean BBQ Sauce. Enjoy!
