INGREDIENTS
Sun Hee Korean BBQ sauce 1 cup
Sun Hee Gochujang (chilli paste) ½ cup
Chicken wings 8 pieces
Laila ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
METHOD
- Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- Wash the chicken wings and pierce multiple times.
- In a mixing bowl add BBQ sauce, gochujang, ginger and garlic paste, light soy sauce, mirin, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add your chicken wings to the mixing bowl and marinate for 1 hour (or longer to intensify the flavour).
- Place the chicken wings evenly on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes or until cooked. Turn the chicken wings halfway.
- Serve with sriracha mayo and vegetables.
