Korean BBQ Wings

INGREDIENTS

Sun Hee Korean BBQ sauce 1 cup

Sun Hee Gochujang (chilli paste) ½ cup

Chicken wings 8 pieces

Laila ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Light soy sauce 2 tbsp

Mirin 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

METHOD

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Wash the chicken wings and pierce multiple times.
  3. In a mixing bowl add BBQ sauce, gochujang, ginger and garlic paste, light soy sauce, mirin, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add your chicken wings to the mixing bowl and marinate for 1 hour (or longer to intensify the flavour).
  5. Place the chicken wings evenly on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes or until cooked. Turn the chicken wings halfway.
  6. Serve with sriracha mayo and vegetables.
