Kimchi Udon Noodles

INGREDIENTS

Boiled Akira udon noodles ½ pack

Sun Hee Kimchi 4 tsp

Sliced onion ½

Veg oil 2 tbsp

Chopped garlic 2 tsp

Soy sauce 2 tbsp

Sun Hee Gochujang 2 tbsp

Chilli flakes 2 tbsp

Julienne spring onions to garnish

Red chilli sliced 2 tbsp

Salt as per taste

Black pepper as per taste

METHOD

  1. Place your saucepan on medium heat. Add oil, sliced onion and chopped garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the sliced red chillies and stir. Then add the boiled udon noodles. Mix.
  3. Add gochujang and soy sauce. Stir well.
  4. Add a splash of water and continue to stir.
  5. Add kimchi, salt, and pepper.
  6. Mix well and serve. Garnish with spring onion.
