Just Add :
Diced/sliced chicken breasts or your choice of protein
4 (about 150g each)Diced mixed vegetables (such as red pepper, broccoli and carrots)
200gVegetable oil

To tasteSeason the diced chicken with salt and pepper (to taste).
Cook the Sun Hee Ramen Noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
In a large frying pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over a medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through and golden. Remove the chicken from the wok and set it aside.
In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper (to taste).
Add the cooked chicken and ramen noodles to the saucepan/ wok with the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well combined with the veggies.
Pour in the hot & spicy sauce and stir together until well coated and the sauce is heated through.
Divide into 4 bowls and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS :
Garnish with sliced spring onions, coriander or a squeeze of lime juice for extra flavour.
