Try our Korean twist with your Christmas leftovers…

If two of your favourite things are warming ramen noodles and a roast turkey dinner, then you
are in for a treat with this month’s recipe.

Plus, it is not only delicious, it is also packed with goodness. Turkey is a great source of lean
protein, packed with vitamins and minerals, especially b vitamins, and it has the added
benefit of being a good source of the amino acid tryptophan. Tryptophan is essential in the
production of serotonin which is important for mood regulation.

So, this Christmas, don’t throw those leftovers away, instead cook up a festive feast with our
Sun Hee Turkey Ramen Bowl!

It is our Christmas gift to ramen lovers everywhere.
